Wall Stabilization and Realignment

• Plumbing of two sections of the historic north gate wall without dismantling or damaging the structure
• Design and implementation of an exoskeleton frame system in collaboration with Wiss Janey Elstner (WJE) engineers to:
  • Stabilize the walls
  • Reinforce the structure
  • Push the walls back into a plumb position

Foundational Work

• Limited excavation under the walls post-realignment
• Implementation of underpinning as directed by WJE engineers

Masonry Restoration

• Completion of minor repointing repairs
