Masonry Restoration
- Complete restoration and reconstruction of historic masonry boundary walls across all five cemeteries
- Extensive brick wall restoration at four cemeteries, including:
- Substantial tuckpointing
- Brick replacement
- Partial and large-area reconstruction
- Masonry cleaning
- Complete dismantling and reconstruction of some wall sections using new and salvaged matching brick
- Stucco restoration on boundary walls at two cemeteries
Drainage Improvements
- Installation of new drainage systems, including:
- French drains
- New dry wells
Iron Fence Restoration
- Comprehensive iron fence restoration at two cemeteries:
- Substantial cutting and welding of new components
- Application of marine-grade multi-component high-performance epoxy paint
- Reinstallation of restored iron fences on renovated concrete supporting knee walls
- Minor iron fence restoration and fabrication at two additional cemeteries
