The role of the Warehouse Foreman at The Tradesmen Group is a crucial part of our team. The warehouse and our Raymond, Ohio Yard serve as a base of operations for all our local and out-of-town work.

Proud to be a 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP), TTG specializes in the rehabilitation and restoration of significant structures throughout the eastern half of the United States, with offices/yards serving Washington DC, Nashville/Chattanooga TN and Savannah GA. As a full-service building rehabilitation/restoration company, TTG self-performs multiple trades including all aspects of historic masonry restoration, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, painting & more.

Our warehouse not only serves as a loading hub, but it also houses the fabrication shop, equipment repair, and the storage of TTG assets. It is the foreman’s responsibility that these three aspects of the warehouse are maintained in a safe and organized fashion.  As TTG’s projects become larger and more complex the need for strong organization and management of our assets becomes crucial to the success of this company. Candidates for this role will need to possess a set of core skills to perform this role.

The duties below are not finite and can change as needed, but should act as a basis for what the responsibilities and expectations are for the Warehouse Foreman.

  • Ensure a safe environment for all shop and warehouse activities.
  • Lead in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, fabrication shop, storage yard, and the Yard at Raymond
  • Inspect, maintain, service, and decommission all tools and equipment. 
  • Lead and coordinate with all load-outs and demobilization efforts at the warehouse and Raymond Yard.
  • Maintain, track, and properly store useable materials.
  • Safely recycle and dispose of all unusable materials.
  • Assist with asset tracking and management.
