The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is seeking experienced scaffold foremen and scaffold builders for immediate and ongoing work, starting at our jobsite in Nashville, TN.

TTG is an award-winning full-service building rehabilitation/restoration company. We self-perform multiple trades, including all aspects of historic masonry restoration, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, painting, and more! A 100% employee-owned company. Scaffold builder & foreman duties will include the following:

• Load out from yard for scaffold builds
• Deliver and stage scaffolding
• Layout scaffold from drawings or prepared plans
• Erect scaffold system to match prepared plans
• Layout scaffold to suit building or structure conditions
• Erect scaffold for access to buildings & structures per OSHA standards
• Erect hoisting systems associated with scaffold systems
• Erect OSHA compliant stairs and ladders for access to scaffold systems
• Dismantle scaffold in organized fashion
• Move, organize, and sort scaffold during dismantle
• Package and bind scaffold for transport at conclusion of dismantle

Other job criteria include:

• Applicants are required to pass a background check
• Job requires OSHA 10-hour training/certification
• Scaffold building certification required (will train for qualified candidates)
• Overtime frequently offered
