The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) seeks a full-time expeditor/driver for pickup and delivery and project logistic support of ongoing, long-term construction operations in Nashville, TN.

TTG is an award-winning full-service building rehabilitation/restoration and 100% Employee-Owned Company ESOP. We are seeking to build long-term relationships as we seek to grow TTG in the Nashville and greater TN area.

What you will do:

• Load/unload trucks and trailers by hand and with forklifts
• Load/unload equipment, including 5K forklifts, skid-steers, and mini-ex
• Strap and secure loads of materials and equipment for transport
• Drive and delivery loads to job sites, company yard, and staging areas
• Pick up materials and suppliers
• Organize company yard and staging areas at various job sites
• Other labor duties as assigned

Essential job skills & criteria:

• Driver’s license with no violations
• DOT medical card
• Ability to drive pickup truck and trailer up to 26,000 lbs GVW
• Class A or B driver’s license preferred but not required for this position
• Ability to back and maneuver pickup truck & trailer in tight spaces
• Ability to operate telescoping and industrial-style forklifts; certification preferred but not required
• Ability to operate small earth equipment
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs frequently
• Ability to work independently when needed without direct supervision and remain on task
• OSHA 10 training/certification is required prior to job start
